《美國(guó)果樹(shù)學(xué)會(huì)雜志》的主要目的是為水果和堅(jiān)果作物的各個(gè)方面提供一個(gè)信息庫(kù)。該雜志對(duì)品種和根莖的長(zhǎng)期重點(diǎn)繼續(xù)，但報(bào)告原始研究的手稿廣泛的水果和堅(jiān)果作物是受歡迎的。可接受的研究領(lǐng)域包括修剪、營(yíng)養(yǎng)、生長(zhǎng)調(diào)節(jié)劑、文化實(shí)踐、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和蟲(chóng)害控制。研究其中一個(gè)或多個(gè)方面與品種和/或砧木的相互作用特別合適。

The prime purpose of the Journal of the American Pomological Society is to provide a repository for information on all aspects of fruit and nut crops. The long-term emphasis of the journal on cultivars and rootstocks continues, but manuscripts reporting original research on a wide range of fruit and nut crops are welcomed. Acceptable areas of research include pruning, nutrition, growth regulators, cultural practices, economics, and pest control. Studies involving the interaction of one or more of these aspects with either cultivars and/or rootstocks are particularly appropriate.
