《IBM研究與開發(fā)雜志》是一本同行評議的技術(shù)期刊，每兩個月出版一期，主要介紹信息系統(tǒng)科學(xué)、技術(shù)和工程方面的作者的工作。論文是為全世界的科學(xué)研究和發(fā)展團(tuán)體以及知識淵博的專業(yè)人士撰寫的。歡迎IBM技術(shù)團(tuán)體和非IBM作者就與本雜志科學(xué)和技術(shù)內(nèi)容相關(guān)的主題提交論文。

The IBM Journal of Research and Development is a peer-reviewed technical journal, published bimonthly, which features the work of authors in the science, technology and engineering of information systems. Papers are written for the worldwide scientific research and development community and knowledgeable professionals.Submitted papers are welcome from the IBM technical community and from non-IBM authors on topics relevant to the scientific and technical content of the Journal.
