eJHS(歐洲園藝科學(xué)雜志- ISSN: 1611-4426印刷版和1611-4434在線版)出版關(guān)于重大植物科學(xué)發(fā)現(xiàn)和新方法和技術(shù)的原創(chuàng)研究文章和評論，對全球園藝領(lǐng)域具有廣泛的國際和跨學(xué)科興趣。eJHS的重點(diǎn)是整個(gè)食品價(jià)值鏈的應(yīng)用和基本方面，從育種、生產(chǎn)、加工、貿(mào)易到溫帶、亞熱帶和熱帶地區(qū)園藝作物和商品的零售。eJHS特別強(qiáng)調(diào)在收獲前和收獲后階段的綜合作物管理戰(zhàn)略，旨在可持續(xù)地提高園藝產(chǎn)品的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量。

eJHS (European Journal of Horticultural Science - ISSN: 1611-4426 print and 1611-4434 online) publishes original research articles and reviews on significant plant science discoveries and new or modified methodologies and technologies with a broad international and cross-disciplinary interest in the scope of global horticulture. eJHS focus is on applied and fundamental aspects of the entire food value chain, ranging from breeding, production, processing, trading to retailing of horticultural crops and commodities in temperate, subtropical and tropical regions. In particular eJHS emphasizes integrated crop management strategies during the preharvest and postharvest stages, aiming at sustainably increasing the quantity and quality of horticultural products.
