Biochimie有一個開放的鏡像期刊，Biochimie open。兩種期刊都有相同的目標和范圍、編輯團隊、投稿系統(tǒng)和嚴格的同行評審。期刊之間的區(qū)別在于，期刊將在訪問模型和索引狀態(tài)下發(fā)布您的工作。該期刊發(fā)表生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域的原創(chuàng)作品、評論文章、圖形化評論和微型評論，包括生物化學(xué)、酶學(xué)、分子和細胞生物學(xué)、代謝調(diào)節(jié)、遺傳學(xué)、免疫學(xué)、微生物學(xué)、結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)、基因組學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)和疾病分子機制，只要采用的方法源于生物化學(xué)、生物物理學(xué)或分子生物學(xué)。這兩種雜志都只用英文出版。論文類型:原創(chuàng)研究論文、短通訊、綜述文章、圖形化綜述、微型綜述、假設(shè)、致編輯的信函、發(fā)表在Biochimie上的論文評論。作者可以選擇，一旦他們的文章被接受，在Biochimie免費出版或在Biochimie開放存取出版。在Biochimie Open上發(fā)表作品的選擇為作者提供了最廣泛的工作論壇，該論壇向所有國家的所有讀者免費開放，并可能幫助作者滿足資助機構(gòu)對開放獲取出版物的要求。Biochimie Open上文章的作者保留其已發(fā)表作品的版權(quán)，而被這兩家雜志接受的文章通常會在一周內(nèi)出現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)上。

Biochimie has an open access mirror journal, Biochimie Open.Both journals share the same aims and scope, editorial team, submission system and rigorous peer review. The difference between the journals is the access model under which the journals will publish your work and the indexation status. The journals publish original work, review articles, graphical reviews, and mini-reviews in broad areas of biology, including biochemistry, enzymology, molecular and cell biology, metabolic regulation, genetics, immunology, microbiology, structural biology, genomics, proteomics, and molecular mechanisms of disease, provided that the approach adopted stems from biochemistry, biophysics or molecular biology. Both journals publish exclusively in English.Types of paper: Original Research articles, short communications, review articles, graphical reviews, and mini-reviews, hypotheses, letters to the Editor, commenting on papers published in Biochimie.Authors will have the choice, once their article is accepted, of publishing in Biochimie free of charge or publishing with open access in Biochimie Open. The option of publishing in Biochimie Open offers authors the widest possible forum for their work, which is made freely available to all readers in all countries and may help authors satisfy the requirements of funding agencies for open access publication. Authors of articles in Biochimie Open retain copyright over their published work, and articles accepted by either journal typically appear online within one week.
