《化學(xué)計量學(xué)雜志》致力于快速出版關(guān)于化學(xué)計量學(xué)基礎(chǔ)和應(yīng)用方面的原始科學(xué)論文、評論和簡短交流。它還為交流有關(guān)會議和其他新聞的信息提供了一個論壇，這些信息與對化學(xué)計量學(xué)及其應(yīng)用感興趣的日益增長的科學(xué)家群體有關(guān)。鑒于其面向的多學(xué)科讀者群體，簡短、批判性的評論文章是該雜志的一個特別重要的特點(diǎn)。

The Journal of Chemometrics is devoted to the rapid publication of original scientific papers, reviews and short communications on fundamental and applied aspects of chemometrics. It also provides a forum for the exchange of information on meetings and other news relevant to the growing community of scientists who are interested in chemometrics and its applications. Short, critical review papers are a particularly important feature of the journal, in view of the multidisciplinary readership at which it is aimed.
