Comparative Medicine Description: Comparative Medicine advances knowledge about comparative medicine and laboratory animal science through the publication of scholarly articles about animal models, animal biology, laboratory animal medicine, laboratory animal pathology, animal behavior, animal biotechnology and related topics. Articles include reports and reviews about basic and applied laboratory investigations, clinical investigations, and case studies, as well as informed and thoughtful opinions relevant to the humane care and use of laboratory animals. Comparative Medicine is ranked by the Science Citation Index in the upper third of all scientific journals. A winner of three national awards, it is indexed in Index Medicus.
