關節炎研究和治療成立于1999年，是一個國際性的、開放的、同行評審的期刊，在肌肉骨骼研究和治療領域發表原創文章，以及評論、評論和報告。該雜志的一個主要焦點是免疫過程，導致炎癥，損傷和修復，因為它們與自身免疫性風濕和肌肉骨骼疾病有關，并將這一知識轉化為臨床護理的進展。最初的基礎研究、轉化研究和臨床研究與早期和晚期治療試驗的結果一起被考慮出版，特別是因為它們與指導介入研究臨床觀察的基礎科學有關。

Established in 1999, ARTHRITIS RESEARCH & THERAPY is an international, open access, peer-reviewed journal, publishing original articles in the area of musculoskeletal research and therapy as well as, reviews, commentaries and reports.A major focus of the journal is on the immunologic processes leading to inflammation, damage and repair as they relate to autoimmune rheumatic and musculoskeletal conditions, and which inform the translation of this knowledge into advances in clinical care.Original basic, translational and clinical research is considered for publication along with results of early and late phase therapeutic trials, especially as they pertain to the underpinning science that informs clinical observations in interventional studies.
