2010年,國際公認(rèn)的流動化學(xué)專家成立了流動化學(xué)學(xué)會,聯(lián)合并代表那些積極從事這一快速發(fā)展領(lǐng)域工作的人。該協(xié)會的一項特殊任務(wù)是促進學(xué)術(shù)界和工業(yè)界科學(xué)家之間的交流,并迅速提供新的知識,使整個化學(xué)界都能廣泛使用。這項工作的主要內(nèi)容是電子媒體(互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、Web2.0技術(shù))和傳統(tǒng)印刷出版物(期刊/書籍)的開創(chuàng)性結(jié)合。Web2.0技術(shù)允許以電子方式訪問出版物中或作為教程一部分的有關(guān)流化學(xué)的技術(shù)視頻。進入這個方向的第一步是流動化學(xué)雜志的基礎(chǔ),包括邀請的評論、共同的文章、簡短的交流以及來自流化學(xué)和相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的編輯的來信。流化學(xué)學(xué)會與克魯韋爾在布達佩斯的一個分支機構(gòu)(Akad_Miai Kiad_)建立了戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系,推出了《流化學(xué)雜志》。該雜志于2011年3月在德國慕尼黑舉行的流動化學(xué)歐洲會議上被介紹給科學(xué)界。該雜志是在美國科羅拉多州丹佛市舉行的美國化學(xué)學(xué)會全國會議(2011年8月28日至9月1日)上發(fā)表的。《流動化學(xué)雜志》的主要目標(biāo)是促進流動化學(xué)的發(fā)展和進步,為化學(xué)界的利益和進步服務(wù)。該雜志提供了一個高級別的科學(xué)論壇,用于快速發(fā)布流化學(xué)的最新結(jié)果,并為快速增長的流化學(xué)界提供關(guān)于科學(xué)事件、技術(shù)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)品等最重要的信息。該期刊的主要研究方向是無機、有機、分析和工藝化學(xué)的流化學(xué),以及制藥、農(nóng)藥、精細(xì)化工、石油化工、香料工業(yè)的應(yīng)用研究與開發(fā)。然而,該雜志還包括材料科學(xué)、催化、綠色化學(xué)、納米技術(shù)、生物技術(shù)、流動儀器的最新發(fā)展(工程、自動化)的相關(guān)流動化學(xué)方面,以及理論和IT相關(guān)主題。

In 2010, the Flow Chemistry Society was formed by internationally recognized flow chemistry experts to unite and represent those who are actively working on this rapidly developing field. One of the particular missions of the Society is to promote the communication between the scientists both in academic field and industry and rapidly deliver new knowledge making widely available for the entire chemistry community. Major element of this effort is the pioneering combination of the electronic media (internet, Web 2.0 technologies) and the traditional printed publications (journals/books). The Web 2.0 technology allows electronic access of the technical videos related to flow chemistry featured in publications or as part of a tutorial. The first step into this direction is the foundation of a Flow Chemistry Journal containing invited reviews, common articles, short communications as well as letters to the editors from the flow chemistry and related fields.The Flow Chemistry Society entered into strategic partnership with a Kluwer’s affiliate in Budapest (Akadémiai Kiadó) to launch the Journal of Flow Chemistry. The Journal was introduced to the scientific community at the Flow Chemistry Europe Conference in Munich, Germany in March, 2011. The Journal was launched at the ACS National meeting (August 28-September 1, 2011) held in Denver, Colorado, USA.The primary objective of the Flow Chemistry Journal is to stimulate the development and advancement of flow chemistry for the benefit and progress of the chemistry community. The Journal provides a high-level scientific forum for rapid publication of the latest results of flow chemistry and serve the most important information on scientific events, technology developments, products, etc. for the fast growing flow chemistry community. The main focus of the Journal is flow chemistry in inorganic, organic, analytical and process chemistry in the academic research as well as in applied research and development in the pharmaceutical, agrochemical, fine-chemical, petro-chemical, fragrance industry. However, the Journal also includes relevant flow chemistry aspects of material science, catalysis, green chemistry, nanotechnology, biotechnology latest development on flow instruments (engineering, automation), as well as theoretical and IT related topics.
